PASSIVE VOICE [TUGAS SOFT SKILL TAHAP 2]


PASSIVE VOICE 


Passive Voice (Kalimat Pasif) adalah kalimat yang subject-nya dikenai suatu pekerjaan atau menderita suatu. Dengan kata lain subject kalimat tersebut menjadi sasaran kegiatan yang dinyatakan oleh kata kerja. Dalam bahasa indonesia ciri-ciri kalimat pasif adalah kata kerjanya yang berawalan dengan “di-“ dan beberapa lagi memiliki awalan “ter-“ (tergantung pada konteks kalimat).



Cara membentuk kalimat pasif adalah sebagai berikut :

  1. Mengubah objek dalam aktif menjadi subjek dalam bentuk pasif.
  2. Meletakkan by sesudah kata kerja utama dalam bentuk pasif sebelum subjek.
  3. Kata kerja yang dipakai adalah verb 3 yang didahului to be.
  4. Menyusun kalimat menyesuakan tenses.
Dalam bahasa Inggris terdapat bentuk yaitu : 

    A. Present Passive Voice
    B. Past Passive Voice
    C. Future Passive Voice       

A. Present Passive Voice
1. Simple Present Tense
- Active           : Do / Does + Verb 1
·         I speak English every day.
·         She write novel every morning 
·         She waters this plant every two days.
·         He meets them everyday.
·        My mom treat me like a baby

·        Yuki eats a Banana

·        Luna helps Harry

·        Shina repairs this White car

·        Yuna reads a Magazine

·        Clark writes a story
 
- Passive          : Is / Am / Are + Verb 3
·         English is spoken by me every day.
·         Novel is write by her every morning.
·         This plant is watered by her every two days. 
·         They are met by him everyday.

·        I am treated like a baby by my mom
·        A Banana is eaten by Yuki
·        Harry is helped by Luna
·        This White car is repaired by Shina
·        A Magazine is read by Yuna
·        A story is written by Clarck


2. Present Continous Tense
- Active           : Is / Am / Are + Verb –ing
·         She is reading a novel.
·         Ali is singing a song.

·        Adi  is reading the book
·        The engine is driving the car
·        The children are laughing at the old beggar
·        Who is waiting for you?
·        Whose Mother is helping you?
·        The carpenter is making furniture.
·        Why is She not learning her lessons?
·        Amel is reading newspaper

- Passive          : Is / Am / Are + Being + Verb 3
·         A novel is being read by her.
·         A song is being sung by Ali.

·        The book is being read by Adi
·        The car is being driven by the engine
·        The old beggar is being laughed at by the children
·        By whom are you being waited for?
·        By whose Mother are you being helped
·        Furniture is being made by the carpenter
·        Why are her lessons not being learnt by her?
·        Newspaper is being read by her


3. Present Perfect Tense
- Active           : Have / Has + Verb 3
·         Sabila has studied english.
·         I have Written a novel.

·        She has met them
·        Angel has watered this plant for 7 minutes
·        Alex has paid the bill
·        He has broken my window
·        I have placed an order for a digital camera
·        Mia has done her work
·        Hikari has not cheated anybody
·        Why have you told a lie ?

- Passive          : Have / Has + Been + Verb 3
·         English has been studied  by Sabila.
·         A novel have been written by me.

·        They have been meet by her
·        This plant has been watered by Angel for 7 minutes
·        The bill has been paid by Alex
·        My window has been broken by him
·        An order for a digital camera has been placed by me
·        Her work has been done by her
·        Nobody has been cheated by her
·        Why has a lie been told by you?

B. Past Passive Voice
1. Simple Past Tense
- Active           : Did + Verb 2
·     Rico studied English.
·     Rian drank water.

·    They knew it
·    Angel sang a song
·    Ray loved his friends very much
·    Nobody could discourage him from pursuing his path
·    You did not listen to me
·    Amy did not write a story
·    Did anyone steal your purse?
·    Did anyone hurt her feelings?

- Passive          : Was / Were + Verb 3
·      English was studied by Rico.
·      Water was drunk by Rian.

·    It was known to them
·    A song was sung by Angel
·    His friends were loved very much by Ray
·    He could not be discouraged from pursuing his path by anybody
·    I was not listened to by you
·    A story was not written by Amy
·    Was your purse stolen by anyone?
·    Were her feelings hurt by anyone?


2. Past Continous Tense
- Active           : Was / Were + Verb –ing
·         Rini was studying English.
·         We were reading a book


·         Chain was writing a novel
·         They were saying their prayers
·         Hans was giving a lecture
·         Sora was not preparing dinner
·         Hikaru was not making a speech
·         Which book wereyou reading?
·         Why was sam beating the child?
·         Is shone writing a letter?

- Passive          : Was / Were + Being + Verb 3
·     English was being studied by Rini.
·     A book were being read by us.


·     A novel was being written by Chain
·     Their prayers were being said by them
·     A lecture was being given by hans
·     Dinner was not being prepared by sora
·     A speech was not being made by hikaru.
·     Which book was being read by you?
·     Why was the child being beaten by sam?
·     Is a letter being written by shone?


3. Past Perfect Tense
- Active           : Had + Verb 3
·         Fany had drank coffe.
·         Reny had speak english.


·         She had never experienced such difficulty
·         Mia had not listened to him
·         Yuna had finished her work
·         Chi had written a letter
·         Kyo had given a lecture
·         Had Deffi invited them?
·         Mia had worn blue shoes
·         Ryo has encouraged the children to improve their reading speed

- Passive          : Had + Been + Verb 3
·         Coffe had been drank by Fany.
·         English had been spoken by Reny


·         Such difficultyhad never been experienced by her
·         He had not been listened to by mia 
·         Yuna’s work had been finished by her
·         A letter had been written by Chi
·         A lecture had been given by Kyo
·         Had they been invited by deffi?
·         Blue shoes had been worn by mia
·         The cildren have been encouraged to improve their reading speed


C. Future Passive Voice      
1. Simple Future Tense
- Active           : Will / Shall + Verb 1
·         Tina will read a newspaper.
·         Fendi will study English.


·         I will write a letter
·         Luna will help me
·         shone will learn the lesson
·         Imel will not help us
·         Shita will not visit the hill station this year
·         They shall not betray our country
·         Will they accept our invitation?
·         Amel will buy a book tomorrow

- Passive          : Will / Shall + Be + Verb 3
·         A newapaper will be read by Tina.
·         English will be studied by Fendi.


·         A letter will be written by me
·         I will be helped by luna
·         The lesson will be learnt by shone
·         We will not be helped by imel
·         The hill station will not be visited by Shita this year
·         Our country shall not be betrayed by Them
·         Will our invitation be accepted by them?
·         A book will be bought by Amel


2. Future Continous Tense
- Active           : Will / Shall + Be + Verb –ing
·         Toni will  be reading a book.
·         Rian will be studying English.


·         Haru is reading the newspaper
·         I’m growing the flowers
·         Her sister is hugging her
·         The famous artist will have been painting the mural for over five months by the time it is finished
·         Ryo would have been meeting them

- Passive          : Will / Shall + Be + Being + Verb 3
·         A book will be being read by Toni
·         English will be being studied by Rian.


·         The newspaper is being read by haru
·         Flowers are being grown in this garden
·         She’s being hugged by her sister
·         The mural will have been being painted by the famous artist for over five months by the time 
       it is finished
·         They would have been being met by Ryo

3. Future Perfect Tense
- Active           : Will / Shall + Have + Verb 3
·         Tian will have spoken English.
·         Toni will have read a newspaper.


·         They shall not have accepted the invitation
·         Luna will has finished her work
·         Lucy will has elected him their leader
·         Will Amy has cooked the food?
·         Will they have caught the train?
·         Who will has opposed shin?
·         Andy will has done his homework
·         We are going to have completed the project before

- Passive          : Will / Shall + Have + Been + Verb 3
·         English will have been spoken by  Tian.
·         A newapaper will have been by Toni


·         The invitation shall not have been accepted by Them
·         Her work will has been finished by Luna
·         He will have been elected their leader (by Lucy)
·         Will the food has been cooked by amy?
·         Will the train have been caught by them?
·         By whom will shin has been opposed?
·         His homework will has been done by Andy
·         The project is going to have been completed before the deadline
